In June we held the first dev competition focused on Reflector oracles. Several pretty remarkable project ideas made it to the finals and got their rewards. It was truly amazing to witness how people utilize blockchain infrastructure to build impressive apps on top of it. Today we are back with a second round and much larger prize pool — 120,000 xRF!

👨💻 How to Participate:
- Use Reflector in your project.
- Deploy on Stellar Testnet or Pubnet.
- Demonstrate how it works.
- Submit your project via a forum post in submissions channel with a repo link, short video pitch, and a detailed project explanation.

Ready to innovate? The 2nd Reflector Dev Contest is officially open on the 16th of October 2024. Submissions close December 15th, and after that a panel consisting of Reflector DAO members will review submissions and declare winners within 2 weeks.
Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility Verification: Reflector will disqualify any entry from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements as solely determined by Reflector DAO members. Additionally, participants from countries included into the international sanctioned jurisdictions list are not eligible to participate in this contest.
- Award Distribution: Prizes will be paid in xRF tokens to the winners’ Stellar accounts. The awards will be credited within 90 days after the campaign ends. Participants must ensure that their receiving wallet can accept xRF payments in compliance with their local laws and regulations.
- Deception Attempts: Participants should not attempt to manipulate panel judges, directly endorse other people to vote for their submission or in any other way support it. Such attempts may lead to the project disqualification.
- Intellectual Property: Participants retain IP rights to their creations. However, Reflector has the right to use and showcase projects for promotional purposes and repost content submitted for the contest.
- Limitation of Liability: Reflector is not liable for any damages, losses, or disappointments that arise from participation in the contest or as a result of the awarded prizes.
- Data Privacy: Participants agree to the collection and use of their data in accordance with Reflector’s privacy policy, solely for the purpose of this contest.
- General: Reflector reserves the right to cancel the contest or amend the contest mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those pertaining to international sanctions.
